Could it be possible that the episode titles were scrapped towards the end of the last few months of post-production editing? I'd be interested to know why they were scrapped. Also, is the BBC publicist not the most accurate source of information there is? I do hope that this is all a bit of confusion and next Saturday will see the episode have a title, as like you have said: episodes 5 and 6 have titles. Finally, does this mean we should prepare for Holby City to have its episode titles scrapped after, or even before, the conclusion of Series 19 too?
I honestly cannot guess when this character death is going to take place now - I want to say the mystery death is going to take place in "Reap the Whirlwind - Part Two" because it souns incredibly climactic and like the perfect opporunity to slip a death in - during a staged protest. But then I wonder, would it really take until June to air a funeral episode? Then again I have seen a news article saying that a main character will die in April... which would mean "Reap the Whirlwind - Part Two" would be the mystery character's death episode. Any idea when the death episode is actually meant to air?
Was I imagining things or did I hear somewhere that Casualty was planning its first ever three-parter? Either way I'm surprised no one's expected to die in this two-parter! Unless, that is, that Lily dies in "Reap the Whirlwind - Part Two", and her funeral airs in June? Hmmm...
